Writing consumer-facing leaflets to raise awareness of standards
Co-authoring a new standard on 'Inclusive Services - identifying and responding to consumer vulnerability'.
Writing research proposals and carrying out research projects.

I conducted a large scale research project to investigate the provision of travel and shopping schemes for blind and partially sighted people in the UK.

I created the web content for the award-winning Sweat in the City campaign, including a comprehensive FAQ section.
